Free book - Seven Point Mind Training by Shangpa Rinpoche.

Shangpa Rinpoche's teachings on "The Seven Point Mind Training" including those given on his recent retreat in Fraser's Hill, Malaysia, together with those from a series of classes at the Karma Kagyud Buddhist Centre, Singapore, have been transcribed and compiled into a book available from the Karma Kagyu Dharma Centre, Kuala Lumpur, and from the Singapore Karma Kagyu Buddhist Centre.

The book is for free distribution, and is a comprehensive guide to the teachings on mind training and lojong. For a copy, please enquire at our centres.
